Is it illegal to speak about good traits of a stock your investing in if you own stock in it?

Have not invested however, been playing VSE quite a few games with 8.5% returns over five months.

Although it can be if you are in the company and it is usually regarded as negative form for anybody not to disclose a monetary interest anytime they speak without having mentioning the truth.

For instance, if I speak about Berkshire (BRKA or BRKB) and mention that I personal it that is adequate for great form…the same point that you did within your question.

On the other hand, watch what I do if I speak about what a great extended term investment Philip Morris International (PM) is at the appropriate price…even if I qualify that it is just my opinion.
