I have been doing some analysis, reading books and have as of not too long ago been attempting to speak to a couple of pros in that area. I have set up a six month strategy for myself for getting my finances in order, acquiring lending sources and my very first home. Nonetheless, the six month (the month I would sell the property) is December. Even though I would have an agent to sell the property, I don’t believe it would be a great notion for my very first time to be in Dec. b/c of the holiday season. Can others out there please give me your guidance and tell me if you assume I really should just wait until later months..

I when purchased a residence and moved in Dec. There is not a lot on the industry then so you may get some bites. The market is up and down all the time
